Complete fire system upgrade of West Wollongong TAFE NSW including the design management, procurement of specialist contractor and management of the delivery of works inline with strict government requirements. The works involved a new hydrant system throughout including diesel pump, sprinkler system to the basement carpark, EWIS system throughout, FIP upgrade, smoke and fire separation works.All works were seamlessly managed to occur with minimal impact on the operating campus.
