This $18m school redevelopment features the construction of a new multi-level facility providing specialist learning facilities for students with high needs including 10 specialist learning rooms, support facilities, amenities, and infrastructure. Phase 2 of the project involved the refurbishment of existing specialist learning spaces to align with the schools pedagogical requirements. The services provided include full project management services, including planning, design, tendering and construction administration phase. Careful staging was required to minimise impact to school operations.
