Bellcorp was engaged by Escarpment View Apartments for the management of the design, builder procurement, contract execution and construction services. The apartment complex, split across two towers, being seven and eight storeys high, features 54 mixed use residential units. Also featured in the building is four commercial units, and a two storey basement and the refurbishment of the Heritage Dapto Hotel.
