Bellcorp Management are engaged by the Anglican Church Property Trust, Diocese of Wollongong for facade remediation works on the Chapter House at St Andrew's Cathedral, Sydney. This project includes the heritage façade remediation of Chapter House and working within a stone’s throw of Sydney town hall and the St Andrews Cathedral, in the heart of Sydney CBD.
Originally constructed in 1886, Chapter House holds significant historical value. The remediation works will include extensive sandstone replacement, repointing, re-flashing, and repairs to the magnificent stained-glass windows. This project represents an exciting milestone for Bellcorp, as we contribute to preserving a landmark of immense heritage importance. This project will ensure that St Andrew’s Cathedral Chapter House continues to stand proudly for generations to come.
